Command Papers: What is a White paper?, MPs Demand One On Article 50

Although most Members of parliament MPs who ( I’d say 90%) asking for a government white paper are a die-hard remainers/remoaners who’s aim is to delay and frustrate plans to trigger Article 50  hoping for a second referendum a handful are genuine in holding gov to account. But parties are standing in different position on the issue, only one Tory MP  is with remain for example on triggering the article by end of March as the Prime Minister stated.

In reaction to the Supreme Court Ruling which went against the government, the latter is preparing a bill before parliament within days as secretary of State for Leaving the European Union David Dvis MP told the commons yesterday in a heated debate that helped flush out those who want reverse the result of the EU referendum.

During today’s Prime Minster’s questions the leaders of the opposition and one Tory backbenchers repeated the demand for a White paper. The white paper will be more or less the PM Lancaster House announced plan. This speech, unlike a ministerial statement, or a green/white paper, didn’t give MPs the chance to have a debate,  the kind of ” dancing on a pinhead” pedantically structured arguments, duel of wits on the floor of the house etc. A white-paper will give this self-indulging chance. Mr Trump Goes to Washington-And Takes It Out To The Woodshed.

Sworn into office, the keys to power transferred, former President Obama thanked and acknowledged for a ‘magnificent’ transition, President Donald J. Trump brandished a rhetorical cane and set about delivering a verbal spanking to the Washington, DC establishment — much of which was arrayed on the stage behind him, including four of the five living former presidents.

The United States is in an unusual position having so many living former presidents that the booming smack was louder than it might have been. Powerful presidents and leaders who shaped generations sat behind him. President Jimmy Carter, President Bill Clinton, Secretary Hillary Clinton, President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush (President George H W Bush was ill and could not attend) Their expressions could not be held back for all the years of practice and became a news topic. Michelle Obama’s shocked look was most prominent.

UK Government Adamant on rejecting EU imposed Med Migrants Quotas

* Both Prime Minister David Cameron and Home Secretary Theresa May stand firm rejecting Brussels proposed Quotas of taking migrants rescued from Mediterranean .
* Cameron : no this is not acceptable , we stick tour own immigration policy.
* Government ministers : EU Term ” refugees” is inaccurate and we will define t them according to 1951 UN treaties on refugees and asylum seekers .
* Bill Cash : if EU invoke legal obligations under EU treaties we then use Westminster for a parliament vote to revoke them .
Britain to reject the  European Union imposed quotas of migrants rescued from sinking boats in the Mediterranean and to stick to  immigration policy stated in the Conservative manifesto , with prime Minister adamant that Britain will stick to her own ” Immigration policy” and will stand firm in next week summit in Riga, the Latvian capital.
Asked Monday  where we stand on Brussels’ quota of “refugees” Prime Minister David Cameron, who had just left jubilant meeting of the 1922 committee , told InsideUKPolitics The UK sticks to her own policy  of taking refugees. The point was emphasised by former attorney general Dominic Grieve talking to  BBC world at one, a view backed by senior cabinet ministers, saying  the EU term “ refugees “ was inaccurate.

Prime Minister David Cameron reshuffled this cabinet with continuity and stability where it matters to assure markets, investments and businesses keeping the posts of Chancellor of the Exchequer, Home  Foreign and Defence secretaries as they are, while making changes where needed like no Deputy Prime Minister  and appointing a Media Culture and Sports secretary giving tough message to the BBC (whose coverage of the election campaign was often too unsubtle biased to the left)

Cameron waited for Obama “strategy” to fight IS- It Won’t Work

On the eve of  western Foreign Ministers  and their regional allies 30 nations Paris gathering (Monday september 15)  to forge  strategy to contain Islamic State IS , Prime Minister David Cameron was holding an emergency COBRA ( Cabinet Office Briefing Room A ) meeting, Sunday,  at no 10 Downing Street to following the brutal beheading of British aid worker David Haines by IS. Both paris and and London were following a new strategy set by Us president Barak Obama a few days earlier.. but will it work.. doubtful.

Sisi, Egypt 7th President in 61 years

Sisi who swore oath Sunday 8 June,  before the constitutional court as Egypt 7th President since it became republic 61 year ago ( 18 June 1953), has collected, in votes the highest number of any elected president. BBC and British media say turn out last month election was  was low. But at 47.5 percent tun-out  it was 3.2 percent higher than turn out in 2012 when Mohammed Morsi was elected (  Turn out last month was 47.5%, El-Sisi winning with 23.78 million votes, 96.91%, ten million more votes than former President Mohamed Morsi – in turn out of 44.3 % he  garnered 13,230,131 while his rival  Ahmed Shafik total votes 12,347,830 — those facts never mentioned by the BBC) . BBC editors and correspondents, especially those fancying themselves as “Lawrence of Arabia” are too arrogant to admit that majority the Egyptian people acted outside BBC expected script. Hence they seldom mention all facts. And, as expected, focus on some negative nonsense and misprint historic events. Here are some facts for UK readers to examine for themselves

Russia’s is More popular than the west in Egypt and the Middle East

In the latest dispute, between Russia and the EU/NATO/USA over Ukraine, which takes us back to the days of the cold war, observers, who covered Africa and the Middle East, notices that in Egypt and several other countries in the region of North Africa and the Middle East, public opinion is siding with Russia not ‘ the west’.
